No Clowns In A Cube began as a result of a thread at Badman's Tropical Fish Message Forum. The discussion of the need for accuracy in species-specific information at the retail level grew from there. We thank the forums that helped us realize that the issue was a hobby-wide concern. We appreciate the support provided from the members of the forums.

So, why list all of these sites? It is an effort to encourage fish-keepers that do not belong to an on-line community to become involved with one. At the same time it recognizes the commitments that existing forum members make to helping the tropical fish hobby be enjoyable for all levels of hobbyist. The information and knowledge shared at the on-line communities can be invaluable to both novice and experienced fish-keepers. Whether you are interested in African cichlids or South American cichlids, loaches or bowfish, guppies or bettas, you will find hobbyists experienced with the species you want to know more about and to help others learn about. They understand most of the problems that can occur and will offer help to solve and avoid problems. The on-line communities are also great places to meet others and share your passion for all things tropical fish.
